JOIN US SEPTEMBER 23 FOR THE 2023 CHILLIWACK RIVER SALMON RUN!

The Chilliwack River Salmon Run is The WaterWealth Project’s largest annual event, and provides valuable funding to power our work.

The CRSR offers a fun-run, raffle prizes, and an eco-market with over 20 booths. With the option of 5 kilometers, 10 kilometers, or even a 200-meter kids dash, there’s a fun-run for everyone!

T-shirts, reusable water-bottles, and bumper stickers will be available as add-ons during checkout, and sold in limited quantities at the Registration Booth during the event!

Not a runner? That’s okay! There’ll be a market full of eco-friendly crafters, creators, and educators to keep you busy!

FAMILY FRIENDLY – INCLUDING FIDO!

Hosted in Vedder Park, the Chilliwack River Salmon Run is wheelchair- and stroller-accessible, as well as pet-friendly, with several off-leash areas on site. Dogs are welcome, just don’t forget to clean up after your furry family. Bring everyone for a fun day along the river!

Do kids get in free?

Yes! Kids 12 and under don’t need to register to run. They’re welcome to join you for the 5k, 10k, or run in the 200m Trout Trot for kids!

Can I bring my dog?

On-leash dogs are welcome at the Chilliwack River Salmon Run, provided that they are safe to be around children and other dogs. There is also an off-leash area on site (Vedder Off-Leash Dog Park).

**Please pick up after your pets! Poop makes a poor raffle prize.

What kind of raffle prizes are there?

Our raffle prizes are made up of treasures and gift-cards from local businesses! We wholly believe in supporting local, and have assembled an eco-conscious assortment including (excellent condition) second-hand books, re-useable ‘paper’ towels, beeswax food wraps, gift cards from local shops, and more!
